Like leaders, organizations have an essence and a purpose. And like leaders, actualizing that essence requires conscious effort and skillful design.
Aligned, high-performing teams and intentional cultures are the bedrock on which a company's success is built. Yet the longer leaders postpone the "people side," the harder it gets. I've watched extraordinary product teams self-sabotage, ossify, or fall apart because of unwise team and cultural choices. Conventional management practices too often undermine the life-force and well-being of an organization. We know better, but doing better takes work.
That's where I come in.
As a facilitator, consultant, and advisor, I bring an outside-in lens to the human dimensions of your organization. I weave together on-the-ground experience from startup trenches and billion-dollar boardrooms with leading culture and management practices honed during my PhD researching organizational behavior at Stanford GSB. I bring deep listening, careful safety-building, and heartfelt care — the conditions from which trust, cohesion, and real change arise.
Every engagement is co-designed with the client. For larger engagements, I bring together a highly curated network of senior facilitators, coaches, and researchers — a "dream team" sized to your challenge.
