About the Facilitator: Dr. Moshe Ovadia
Moshe is a seasoned executive coach, guide to high-potential founders, and expert in conscious leadership development.
As a Senior Management Associate at Bridgewater, Moshe deliberately developed top talent and revitalized Learning & Development, coaching the firm’s highest potential leaders. Prior to that, he excelled as a management consultant at Monitor Deloitte, leading high-stakes projects for CXOs and heads of state across four continents.
Moshe’s entrepreneurial journey began holding leadership roles (including CEO) of his family’s business, as well as building two web3 startups, RChain and Coordinape, as part of the founding teams.
Moshe seamlessly integrates cutting-edge research, experiential education, and world wisdom traditions. Moshe holds an MBA and PhD in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University, as well as a BA from Harvard University. Moshe’s doctoral work examines how to build cultures of greater trust, psychological safety, and social cohesion. Since 2012, Moshe has facilitated the flagship course Interpersonal Dynamics (a 10-week emotional intelligence bootcamp) at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Moshe is also a lifelong pilgrim, drawing wisdom from sacred sites in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, as well as the inner mysteries of human consciousness. He considers old-growth forests his greatest teachers.
